What counts as a Rare or GRAIL item?
Our pipeline tags items by scarcity and resale heat — Rare for hard-to-find lines, GRAIL for the ones with serious aftermarket premiums (think secret-edition Labubu or chase Pokémon cards). Pro lets you scope alerts to only those tiers so your inbox stays quiet until it matters.
How much faster are Pro alerts?
Free alerts go out in a daily digest batch. Pro alerts send within minutes of our scraper confirming a restock — on hyped drops that's often the difference between copping and a sold-out page.
Is VAT included?
Checkout is handled by Stripe with Stripe Tax, so any UK VAT due is calculated and shown transparently at checkout before you pay.
What happens to my free alerts if I don't upgrade?
Nothing changes. The wall, the change feed and the free daily digest stay free forever. Pro only adds speed, rarity scoping and extra alert types on top.
