Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel with the manage link in your Stripe receipt email, or email hello@dropradar.co.uk and we will cancel it. Pro stays active until the end of your paid period. No exit fees, no win-back calls.
How is a pass different from Pro?
A pass is the same Pro: the shop's listing, a link that puts it in their basket, and alerts in 1–6 minutes at most shops, up to about 45 minutes at shops we added recently. A day pass lasts 24 hours, a week pass 7 days, and the Christmas pass runs until 31 December, each paid once. You pay the shop. Drop Radar does not take the payment. There is no subscription behind a pass, so nothing renews. Buy a second day or week pass while one is running and the time adds on rather than restarting; the Christmas pass runs to 31 December whenever you buy it.
What counts as a Rare or GRAIL item?
Our pipeline tags items by scarcity and resale heat — Rare for hard-to-find lines, GRAIL for the ones with serious aftermarket premiums (think secret-edition Labubu or chase Pokémon cards). Pro lets you scope alerts to only those tiers so your inbox stays quiet until it matters.
How much faster are Pro alerts?
Free alerts go out once a week (in December 2026 your first watch also gets its own alert, at most one a day). We check most shops every 5 minutes, so a Pro alert reaches your inbox in 1–6 minutes of a restock going live there. Shops we added recently are checked every 30 minutes, so an alert from one of them can take up to about 45 minutes. These come from the check intervals, not a measured average. A fast sellout can beat the email; every Pro alert names when we spotted the restock and when we sent the email.
Who am I paying for Pro or a pass?
Drop Radar Pro and the passes are sold by POLICYANDPLAY LTD, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17253846), registered office 7 Cosford Drive, Bedford, MK42 0DQ. Stripe takes the card payment on our behalf. Questions about a payment: hello@dropradar.co.uk.
Is anything added at checkout?
No. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. The price shown is the price you pay. Checkout is handled by Stripe and nothing is added there.
What happens to my free alerts if I don't upgrade?
The wall, the three-item shelf and the Monday digest stay free. The digest names the product and the shop. The listing path is in a Pro alert or a day pass.
